Return and refund policy
Due to the second-hand nature of our products minor wear and tear creating individual character should be expected. We strive to offer a true reflection of our products in images and text. If the product still doesn't meet your expectations, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt of goods. Always contact us before you make a return. The returned product must arrive with us in the same condition as it left us. We will refund you once we have inspected and approved your return. Please note that shipping costs for returns are non-refundable.
If the product has been damaged during delivery to you, please contact us immediately, but 5 days after delivery at the latest. We will need photographs of the packaging and the damaged product as evidence to start the claims procedure. You will then be fully refunded. We also make refunds for lost packages. If your product is not delivered within 60 days, we consider it to be lost. Then contact us immediately to be eligible for a refund.
