Escarnium was conceived in 2007 in Salvador, Brazil, with thesole mission to make simple classic Death Metal in the vein of OldSchool Death Metal of the 80´s & 90´s. Their first proffesionalEP Rex Verminorum gained numerous positive reviews from all overthe world and this their highly anticipated debut full-length,Excruciating Existence, is a continuation down that road so fans ofthe band should be pleased. Escarnium combine the South Americanagression with the Scandinavian craft and the smell of grave iseverywhere here. Crushing riffs, guttural growls and devastatingdrums - this is nothing but death metal terror played with lots ofenthusiasm, passion and frenzy and the results are only great.
