Very nice and clean in EX+ condition, the octopack sleeve is very nice and clean with just minor wear to the back - this copy is #3026

Sealed with a numbered sticker, with text "LIMITED EDITION 8-FACE FOLD-OUT OCTOPACK". This is designed to be hung up in the style of a mobile and the 4 double-sided panels contain images of band on stage and tour dates.

The actual record inside is the standard 7" single with silver injection moulded labels and with cat# POSP 910 (held in an octagonal white paper sleeve.)
