Vintage decorative very rare handmade flowerpot stand

Please not that an actual flower pot is not supplied and this is just a stand

The stand is in overall good condition but as any vintage item might have some small defects

The stand has been in long-term storage and need some care a a bit of cleaning

Approximate measurements: 27cm at highest point x 25cm at widest point x 15cm in diameter for the pot do fit?
