On offer here are eight different UK Commemorative £1 (one pound) coins - depicting national flowers of the uk in two four year runs. 1984 / 1989 the Scottish thistle, 1985 / 1990 Welsh leek, 1986 / 1991 Irish flax and 1987 / 1992 English rose on the face side and portrait of the queen on the reverse.

The coins are circulated but in excellent condition although they are no longer legal tender in the UK. However, they are becoming more and more difficult to find and now have a value of ca £50 well above their face worth.

I still have the thirty seven different UK £2 that are currently in circulation and ca 30 different £1 coins (including the Olympic and Commonwealth games coins), and several complete sets of 50p Coins (29x Olympic Sports coins, 12x Beatrix Potter, etc.) as well as around 200 different commemorative 50p Coins.
