The terrorist clock is counting down in Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell: Blacklist

When a group of terrorists have had enough of American military presence around the world, they issue an ultimatum called the Blacklist - a deadly countdown of escalating terrorist attacks on U.S. interests.

When terrorists act in this way, the US government sends out the 4th Echelon - a clandestine unit led by Sam Fisher, and answering only to the President. Sam and his team must hunt down these terrorists using any means necessary, and stop the Blacklist countdown before it reaches zero.
