The focus adjustment ring is loose and does not work well, but it can still be turned around with a little force. Alternatively, you can use your finger to push the ring of the eye lens and then turn it around to adjust it. Please note that the image you see from the eye lens is rotated 180 degrees, both vertically and horizontally. There is a thin cross in tube for aiming. The telescope is heavy and also comes with a very solid wooden case.
