Vintage handmade brown wooden box with lid from Great Britain-circa 1970s

This item is a small wooden box with lid attached

The box is over 40 years old, possibly older and is handmade

The condition is fair and used, there are some white paint flecks on the lid and the hinges show signs of wear

The lid slightly wobbles when opened and closed

Inside there is a pen mark scribbled with blue pen and on two sides of the box two tiny holes have been drilled through, and this can be seen in the listing pictures

The box measures 21cm x 21cm x 7cm (measurements taken with lid included and closed)
