Vinyl release with printed innersleeve and an insert that can beused as an alternative censored cover

During the pinnacle of black metal there were a bunch of blackmetal bands emerging suddenly out from nowhere, all bearing similarimagery, idealism, and aesthetics. In most cases, particularly inNorway, the bands had either broken loose from their past deathmetal efforts, or were just forming from scratch, creating orattempting to create this relatively new style of music, for verysimilar reasons. Most if not all of the earliest bands writing thisstyle are very well known today, because of the fact that theybasically reconstructed the 80´s first wave into an entire new formof black metal. However, some of the bands that came a few yearslater were just too late for the initial explosion, but not toolate to be considered third wave rip-offs. Stavanger band Gehennaare one of those bands. `Gehenna´ is the word for jewish hell orpurgatory. After `Malice´ the band went through some changes. Thefourth album `Adimiron Black´ is the first on Moonfog productions,its also the first album to features the 122 Stabwounds/Forlorndrummer Blod and Penitent/Vindsval keyboard player Damien. Thisrecording also marks a different sound for Gehenna, as this recordis more and heavier death metal influences. Its a very good albumif you like your death metal a bit atmospheric. They use the keysin all the right moments, creating a really bleak and negativesoundscape. The negativity that Gehenna creates is very good. With`Admiron Black´ there reinventing the wheel by putting their soulsinto the album. The cover art on `Admirion Black´ is by PetterHegre, a Norwegian photographer, most famous for his nudephotographs of women.
