Naked Sun was a German band that released two albums that failedto gain any attention and the band never got any recognition. NoiseRecords wasnt really sure how to promote Naked Sun´s take on progrock, groove metal, psych and avantgard music. Their second andfinal album, Wonderdrug, is just like the first one progressive andavantgarde. A track like; Smile Mother, Your Baby´s Gonna Be AFailure, need to be loved just for its most original song titleeven if the beginning sounds like Dancing In The Street whiletracks such as Creation Theory and Memory Of An Expensive Festivalmake it on their musical merit as they are both fun and engaging.The music displays so much depth and expression. So if youreinterested in innovative avantgarde rock/metal with lots oforiginality then check this out.
