The Germanact Outrage was formed back in 1983 when they were just a demo act.But after five demos the band went into a hiatus untl the 21stcentury. Music wise the band hadn’t change much during the yearsoff. This is a mix of old school speed/thrash with vocals andlyrical concepts that place them slightly into that sameblack/death metal category that spawned Venom, Celtic Frost andBulldozer. Their 2011 album, Go To Hell, is a selection of songsfrom the early demo days that has been re-recorded. The album titleis taken after the first song on their first demo in 1985. Even ifthe re-recording took place in 2011 the band decided to use a lotof the original equipment, effects and techniques they used backthen. There are live drums, without any triggers, and originaldistortion guitar effects. The production is remarkably clear. Ifyou are a fan of 80s blackened metal, this release will take itsspecial place in your cd collection.
