Several days ago the Imperial Forces of America kidnapped Charcoal from Burton Canyon High School. And after digging deeper into the paramilitary group, the T-Bolts discover that they are holding a secret rally in Oklahoma! So Hawkeye and his team go undercover to infiltrate the gathering! But once inside the Sooner State things do not go as planned! The Thunderbolts are shocked to learn that the Imperial Forces of America is actually an organization called "The Elite" which Captain America fought years ago! And the group still wants to rule America and kill any super-heroes that get in their way! Appearances by Cheer Chadwick, Dr. Hesperus Chadwick, William Taurey, and Citizen V. Thunderbolts Lineup: Atlas, Charcoal, Hawkeye, Jolt, Moonstone, and Songbird. (Note: The Elite (aka Royalist Forces of America) previously appeared in the classic Madbomb storyline in Captain America (1st series) 193-200.) 32 pages.
