What is a Hip Hotel?
Checking in at a hotel used to be a trip to the land of conformity. This innovative new series, beginning with cities, features hotels that are widely diverse in their gastronomy, architecture, ownership, location, atmosphere and design; but they all offer one key element: an experience. It may be high design or high art, cool kitsch or Zen minimalism, chic loft living or lavish historical revivalism; but always the hotel takes centre stage, making any journey unforgettable.
Hip Hotels City didn't just identify a trend, it led it. This revised edition reflects that, introducing around a dozen stunning new hotels (all of which have opened since first publication) and at least three new city destinations (Delhi, Marrakesh and Tokyo).
